Whether Street Food stays in its present form, or morphs into something slightly more formal, it offers an irresistible combination of cheap eats, quality ingredients and insider cache that is too valuable to ignore. The Bay Area in particular, with its interest local, sustainable, quality produce and technologically sophisticated residents is a natural fit for a vibrant street food scene that challenges standards and explores the boundaries of where the possible meets the viable. Let us then attempt to walk a fine line on this website and say both, "we want innovation that is durable" and "we businesses that will positively contribute to neighborhoods for a long time."
