Fort Mason Center Vending Requirements:
- Tented vendors must have two (2) 10×10 tents
- Proper sanitizing buckets w/ ph testing strips must be present
- Must utilize gravity-fed handwashing sink
- Meat thermometers must be present at all stations
- First aid kit must be available and stocked
Every vendor (trucks & tents) must have at least one certified food handler. You can get this accreditation through Sonoma Food Safety (use referral code OFFTHEGRID).
