Fort Mason Vending

Fort Mason Center Vending Requirements:

  • Tented vendors must have two (2) 10×10 tents
  • Proper sanitizing buckets w/ ph testing strips must be present
  • Must utilize gravity-fed handwashing sink
  • Meat thermometers must be present at all stations
  • First aid kit must be available and stocked

Every vendor (trucks & tents) must have at least one certified food handler.  You can get this accreditation through Sonoma Food Safety (use referral code OFFTHEGRID).
